About Alyssa N. Delgado

Alyssa N. Delgado is a highly skilled attorney with extensive litigation experience in the areas of construction litigation, insurance defense, complex litigation, and criminal prosecution. She currently serves as Of Counsel and CEO at Delgado Vega PLLC, where she provides strategic legal counsel in high-stakes litigation and runs the day-to-day business operations of the firm.

Prior to joining Delgado Vega PLLC in October 2023, Alyssa was a Senior Trial Counsel and Partner at Stone Glass & Connolly, where she successfully represented homeowners’ insurance carriers in mediation and trial proceedings. She has secured multi-million-dollar settlements, obtained summary judgments, and negotiated favorable resolutions in high-liability cases.

A former Miami-Dade Assistant State Attorney, Alyssa also has a strong background in trial advocacy, having prosecuted capital offenses in the Sexual Battery and Child Abuse Unit. Her experience handling high-profile cases and arguing before appellate courts gives her a unique litigation perspective that benefits her clients.

Alyssa is a Miami Native, daughter to Cuban Immigrants and is married to Managing Partner Ceasar Delgado. Together they have two beautiful daughters, Ava and Claire.
