About Ceasar Xavier Delgado

Ceasar is a Board-Certified Construction Attorney with a deep understanding of construction law and litigation. Recognized by the Florida Bar for his specialized expertise in construction law, and selected by his peers as Super Lawyer on more than one occasion, Ceasar has been providing strategic legal counsel to construction professionals, businesses, and property owners throughout South Florida and beyond for over a decade. He represents a broad range of clients, including but not limited to general contractors, subcontractors, property owners, developers, design professionals, engineers, material suppliers and equipment manufacturers.

Ceasar is a Florida native that grew up on construction sites with his father and grandfather. He combines his in-depth knowledge of construction and his expertise on Florida construction law with a strategic, results-driven approach to assist clients in navigating legal hurdles presented on all kinds of construction projects. Whether advising clients on contract negotiations, preserving claims for additional time or compensation on construction projects or advocating for his clients in all aspects of litigation, he prioritizes risk management and efficient resolution strategies to protect his clients’ business and economic interests.
